At 765 metres high, Lo de Carta has spectacular views of the Atlantic ocean and Gran Canaria far below. It is situated above the village of Arafo on the road leading up to the Teide National Park on the east side of the islands of Tenerife.
It nestles amongst the slopes of a large working vineyard. The house was built in the 18th century and still retains its true Canarian country style architecture. The house has three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room with operating fireplace. The house is entered from a beautiful patio and leads on to a bodega and traditional wine press, one of the finest on the island.

Lo de Carta is one of the oldest traditional houses in Tenerife. It nestles in the foot-hills of Mount Teide, Spain's highest mountain, surrounded by pine forests, grape-vines and a magnificent vista of the Atlantic Ocean.
